GYMORKA PRO 30-Day Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at GYMORKA PRO! We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free 30-day refund and return policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the item. Should an item arrive without any of the following in place no refund will be issued, but you will be able to receive store credit. 

2. Timeframe:

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or refund request. We must receive the return items within 30 days of purchase. 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request:

  • To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer service team at GYMORKA@outlook.com. You will need to provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. GYMORKA PRO is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item, and if you are eligible for a refund.
  • If the returned item meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 15 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exclusions:

  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
    • Items that have been customized, altered, or modified at the customer's request.

7. Exchange Policy:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.

9. In-Store Returns:

  • If you made your purchase at one of our physical store locations, please visit the same location to process your return. Be sure to bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.
